Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of oil
- 1 cup of cornmeal
- 1/2 cup of wheat flour
- 50 g of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
Preparation method:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a blender, blend the eggs, milk, sugar, and oil until well mixed.
Add the cornmeal, flour, and Parmesan cheese and blend again.
Finally, add the baking powder and mix gently.
Pour the batter into a greased pan.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, until golden.
This cake forms a delicious creamy layer at the bottom — a true Minas Gerais wonder!
